CBSE Results 2010 class 10th and class 12th : Don't let tension to spoil you.

It is a fact that students who participated in CBSE exams this year are waiting for their examination results with much excitement and tension. So as the tension, this is following them. But will it affect the result? NO. So, why let this to rule your mind.

I know many students who have stopped eating, talking and meeting with friends and relatives and closed themselves in the room. But what benefit can it provide to them? It only can affect their mind and make them mentally ill. This is not good at all. Each student knows what he has done in the exams. So, when your know, what you did, then why panic? There is no need to do that.
If anyone wants to over come from this can do these things:

Talk to your parents:

If you are facing any problem then no one is better than your parents. Normally children afraid of their parents, especially when you are to talk about the result or any school related activity. But I can assure you no one is better than your parents to share your problems as they can be your best friends. Talk to them and share your mental state with your parents. They can help you to over come from it.

Spend time with friends:

After parents, we all feel comfortable with friends. We share our secrets with them and enjoy their company. Then they also can be great people to share our problem as well. So, spend your time with friends and share each others' problems. As also may be facing the same problem as you.

Take part in other activities:

After examination, CBSE students get enough time to spend time in other activities. Join any course like, computer, English, typing etc. or join any hobby course and games like swimming, cooking, mehandi art etc. Involve yourself in any creative task, where you can enjoy. It will not only teach you new thing but also help to to forget the tension of the exam.
